Planting Design
We encourage anyone interested in a planting design to reach out to us via email. We’ll set up a call to discuss your project in more detail and determine if we’re a good fit.
The planting design process typically begins with an in-person preliminary consultation at the property, discussing goals and assessing the scope of work. At that point, we’ll put together a design proposal for your review and feedback. This document outlines the anticipated scope and deliverables, identifies collaborators or consultants who may contribute to the design, notes additional professional services as needed, and includes proposed fees and a draft schedule.

Implementation
With your planting plan finalized and approved, we're available to assist with plant procurement, advise on site preparation, and connect clients with landscape installers and other contractors.
We’ll oversee the planting, and assist in resolving any planting issues that may come up. We’ll also offer guidance on long-term care of the garden, and are available for periodic site visits to assess garden health and maintenance.

On-Site Consultations
For clients in the Pacific Northwest looking for general guidance with their landscapes—not necessarily a full planting plan—our On-Site Consultations are an excellent option.
This is a two-hour, in-person consultation on site, where we’ll share observations about your landscape, ideas regarding layout and spatial composition, atmosphere, and design direction for possible plantings. We’ll be there to offer advice about transforming your landscape, and answer any questions regarding the process.
The session is conversational and idea-driven and does not include formal drawings or deliverables, though clients are encouraged to take notes for future reference. Learn more about our On-Site Consultations here.
